Not much happening on the birdwatching front, so I went to Eshaness, to watch the waves..

Theres been a really big gale blowing on shetland for a few days now..

I was out at the south end o the island looking for birdies. but thought you might like to see the waves at Grutness [near sumburgh head]





















Sea salt was everywhere, but my camera & lens was ok.. it was covered by goretex waterproof...

I had to sit down on a boulder or the wind would have blown me over, the visibility was awful wae the sea salt everywhere..
